Any special requests to a specific day or time, to a residential address or residential area, will increase the cost of the stated shipping fee(s). Buyers should inspect items for damage of crates, cartons or pallets PRIOR to signing the Bill of Lading, provided by the freight carrier upon delivery. Buyers must be sure to reference any shipment or container damage on the Bill of Lading and take photos of any visible damage. This will help assure liability of the freight carrier, should any damage be found, and will assist in the claims process, should a claim need to be filed.
